The short version
Tradeflow is a desktop application. It runs on your computer, reads the Telegram channels you select, and places trades on the MetaTrader 5 terminal running on that same machine. Your Telegram messages are never uploaded to us. We never see your broker credentials, and we cannot place trades on your account.
What we hold on our servers
- Your email address and an encrypted password (authentication).
- Your subscription status, plan and licence key.
- Your referral code, and which account referred you, if any.
- Referral earnings owed and paid.
- Payment records held by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What stays on your computer and never reaches us
- Your Telegram session and every message in every channel.
- Your MetaTrader 5 login, broker, balance and trading history.
- Your trade log, risk settings and channel selection.
The desktop app talks to our servers for exactly one thing: checking that your licence key is valid. That request contains the key and nothing else.
Telegram access
To read signals, the app signs in to Telegram as you — the same way Telegram Desktop does. That session is stored only on your machine. It can read messages in the chats your account is in. Tradeflow only acts on channels you have explicitly ticked; with none selected it does nothing. Logging out from Settings deletes the session file from your computer.
