Terms of Service

1. Who we are
TradeFlow is provided by Shikadey Jarrett, trading as TradeFlow, 77 Roxeth Green Avenue, Harrow, HA2 8AB, United Kingdom. Email support@tradefloww.com. In these terms, "TradeFlow", "we" and "us" mean us; "you" means the person using TradeFlow.
2. What TradeFlow is
TradeFlow is a trading ecosystem and the software behind it. Providers build strategies, a record and a community. Traders discover providers and strategies, look at their records and choose whom to follow. TradeFlow runs the infrastructure between them: this website, your TradeFlow account, the records it keeps of providers' calls, and Windows desktop software that receives the calls of the sources you choose, checks them against your own risk settings and, where execution is available to you, places them on your own MetaTrader 5 account. Execution options depend on your account, jurisdiction and the services available to you.
3. What TradeFlow is not
TradeFlow is software. It is not a financial adviser, broker or fund manager, it does not hold or manage your money, and it does not decide what you trade. We do not recommend providers, strategies or trades, and listing a provider is not an endorsement. A provider's record shows what their calls did in the past; it promises nothing about the future. Established Provider and TradeFlow Verified describe how a provider's record was checked (for Verified, at least 50 calls read by TradeFlow over at least 90 days, then a review); neither means a provider makes money. Choosing whom to follow, and the risk you trade at, is your decision.
4. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and legally able to trade where you live.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in details and licence key private.
- You are responsible for every trade placed on your accounts, including trades the software places from the sources you chose, with the settings you chose.
- If you use a prop firm or funded account, check that it allows software to place trades before you switch live trading on.
- The desktop software only works while your computer is on, connected and running both TradeFlow and MetaTrader 5.
5. Providers and their own services
- Providers are independent people or businesses. They are not our employees or agents, and their calls are their own.
- Following a provider or a strategy on TradeFlow is free. How many you can follow depends on your plan.
- Some providers sell their own services, such as a paid community. Those are sold by the provider, outside TradeFlow, under the provider's own terms. TradeFlow is not a party to them and takes no part of the payment.
- Only providers we have approved, and who are currently listed, can be followed.
6. Plans
- TradeFlow sells three plans: Basic, Pro and Master. What each includes and its price are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed to start it.
- Plans are sold to customers in the United Kingdom.
- Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see your card number.
7. Cancelling, and your right to cancel
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. There is no cancellation fee.
- You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying a plan. On top of that, we refund your first payment in full if you ask within 30 days of it, with no reason needed. See the refund policy.
- Open trades are never closed because a plan ends. They stay with your broker at the levels they have.
8. When a payment stops, or a provider is suspended or removed
- If a payment fails or your plan ends, new calls stop reaching your account, but messages that manage a trade you already hold (closes, stop moves) still do. A billing problem never leaves an open trade unmanaged.
- If we suspend a provider, they are hidden and take no new followers. Nothing changes for people already following them.
- If we remove a provider, they send no new calls. Messages that manage trades you already hold from them still reach you.
9. Provider partnerships
We may agree with an individual provider, in writing, to share part of the TradeFlow plan revenue from customers that provider brought to TradeFlow. This never changes what you pay. Providers are bound by our Provider Terms. Nothing on this website offers a commission to anyone else.
10. Risk, and our responsibility to you
Trading leveraged products such as CFDs carries a high risk of losing money quickly. You can lose more than you expect and, on some accounts, more than you deposit. We are not responsible for trading losses, a provider's calls, missed or late trades, broker or platform outages, internet failures, or your computer being switched off.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
11. Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute, decompile or share the software, your account or your licence key, or try to reach anyone else's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email you about any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before then.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
