Provider Terms

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply to you as a provider on TradeFlow, together with the general Terms of Service. TradeFlow is provided by Shikadey Jarrett, trading as TradeFlow, 77 Roxeth Green Avenue, Harrow, HA2 8AB, United Kingdom.

1. Becoming a provider

  • One provider per TradeFlow account. You apply with your provider name, a description, your experience, the markets you trade and your first strategy. You accept these terms when you apply.
  • No follower count, profit or years of history is required. TradeFlow reviews every application and tells you the reason if it is declined.
  • Claims or promises of profit are refused in applications and profiles.

2. Listing

  • You start unlisted and unverified. You list yourself when your profile is ready, and you can pause your listing at any time. People already following you are not affected by a pause.
  • Your record is shown publicly only with your consent.
  • Listing you is not an endorsement by TradeFlow.

3. Your record

  • Your record is built only from calls TradeFlow reads itself from the sources you connect. It cannot be typed in or edited afterwards.
  • Each strategy keeps its own record, wins and losses alike.

4. Levels

  • Established Provider: at least 60 days on TradeFlow and 20 or more calls read by TradeFlow, recent activity, a live strategy and good conduct, then a review.
  • TradeFlow Verified: at least 50 calls read and 30 settled, a record of at least 90 days, a call within 30 days, a stop on nearly every call, and your consent to show the record, then a review. It expires and must be renewed.
  • Neither level is bought, and neither means you make money. A suspended or removed provider is shown as neither.

5. Your own services

  • You own your strategies, calls, community and any services you sell. You set your own prices and sell them yourself, outside TradeFlow, under your own terms.
  • TradeFlow does not sell your services, take payment for them or take any part of what you earn from them. Following you on TradeFlow is free for traders.
  • You are responsible for your calls and services meeting the law where you and your customers are, including any rules on investment advice and financial promotions.

6. Partnerships and revenue share

  • TradeFlow may agree with you, in writing, to pay you a share of the TradeFlow plan revenue from customers you brought to TradeFlow. Partnerships are agreed one provider at a time; there is no standard share.
  • A customer counts as yours if they first arrived through your TradeFlow link. That first attribution is recorded once and never changed.
  • Your share is a percentage of each plan payment from those customers, after tax and the payment processor's fee. It is never based on trades, lot sizes or trading results.
  • Your agreement states when each share becomes payable and the minimum payout. Payouts are made through Stripe.
  • A refund or a successful chargeback on a payment reverses your share of it. A refund after a payout is taken from your next payout, never more than you received.

7. Promoting TradeFlow

  • Describe TradeFlow as software: what it does and what it costs. Use the wording TradeFlow gives you.
  • Do not promise or imply profit from using TradeFlow, do not use results or screenshots of results to sell TradeFlow, and do not say TradeFlow recommends or endorses you.
  • Breaking this ends any revenue share, and may lead to suspension or removal.

8. Suspension and removal

  • TradeFlow may suspend you, with a recorded reason. While suspended you are hidden and take no new followers; people already following you keep receiving your calls; payouts are held until you are reinstated, and nothing you earned is lost.
  • TradeFlow may remove you, with a recorded reason. You then send no new calls, but your followers' open trades keep receiving your management messages (closes, stop moves). Revenue share you legitimately earned is paid once the normal refund and dispute conditions have cleared.

9. Conduct

Post your calls as you normally would. Do not post calls you did not make, and do not misrepresent your record. A conduct warning is recorded and blocks Established Provider.

10. Records

Applications, decisions, standing history, agreements and money records are kept and never rewritten, including after suspension or removal. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and contact

We will email you about any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect. Contact: support@tradefloww.com.
